Account creation. An account is required to take advantage of our Studio Points incentive. Checking out as a “guest” will not yield points. We encourage you to create an account with us to not only take advantage of the offer, but to help track your orders, manage your wishlists, update your billing/payment information and so much more. We reward you with 5 points when you create an account with us. Limit one per customer. Points cannot be merged or transferred.
Earn rewards. For every $1 you spend in our store, you will receive 1 point added to your balance.
Positive Reviews. When you leave us a 5-star review, we’ll give you 10 points as a token of our appreciation. Positive reviews keep us going, so we greatly appreciate them! Limit one per customer.
Opt in. We’d love to have you be a part of our community! When you opt into our text/mailing lists, you’ll receive 10 points on us. In order to fully receive this benefit, you’ll need to stay subscribed for at least 3 months.
Another Year Around the Sun. To celebrate your special day, we’ll gift you with 25 points. In order to fully receive this benefit, you’ll need to be signed up for our mailing list so we can send you updates.
Partial redemptions. Partial redemptions are allowed.
Minimum Points Discount. There is no minimum on the points discount per cart/order. This means that you can start spending your points as soon as you earn them.
Maximum Points Discount. There is no max on the points discount per cart/order. If you’ve earned them, you can use them with no limit or cap.
Expiration. Points expire after 2 years.
Failed Orders. Points are not rewarded on failed orders. (For example, if your card declines.)
Cancelled or Refunded Orders with Redeemed Points. If an order where you redeemed points is cancelled or refunded, the redeemed points will be credited back to your account.
Cancelled or Refunded Orders with Earned Points. If an order that earned points is cancelled or refunded, any awarded points are automatically deducted from your balance.
Negative Points. In the event that you earned points on your first order and redeemed points on your second order, followed by your first order being cancelled or refunded after the second order processed, your points balance could fall in the negative.
