Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods
   We offer various shipping methods, and customers can select their preferred shipping option during the checkout process. Shipping costs may vary based on the number of items in the cart, the selected method, and the shipping destination. We primarily ship through USPS. Local pickup is available for the surrounding area. We offer free shipping for orders over $50.
   
   
2. Processing Time
   Processing time is the time window needed before shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Our products are carefully handcrafted with love! If we have the item in stock, we might not need the entire processing time window <3
   
   For custom orders, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Custom orders are typically pieces that include names or special-themed stickers. If we think we’ll need more time for a super custom order, we’ll let you know ahead of time! You can always email us to confirm: support@studio924creations.com
   
   For large orders (think party favors or Valentine gifts for the class, for example), please allow up to 5 business days as well.
   
   
3. Delivery Time
   Estimated delivery times are provided on our website and may vary depending on your location. Studio924 Creations is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. During holiday seasons, shipping might be slower than normal, so please plan accordingly!
   
   
4. International Shipping
   Studio924 Creations currently does not offer international shipping on orders.
   
   
5. Expedited Orders
   We do offer an option to expedite your order. This will be available at checkout for an additional fee. This fee allows you to “skip the line” so to say, and we’ll prioritize your order first! We aim to get expedited orders shipped within 1 business day. If we’re not able to make that commitment yet you’ve paid for it, we’ll grant you a partial refund for the expedited fee amount.
