Processing Time

All orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment and will be shipped within 3-4 business days. If a product is already in stock, it might ship as early as the same day. You may inquire with us if you have questions on the availability status of a product before you purchase. Because our items are handcrafted, processing time might exceed 4 business days for bulk or custom orders.

Shipping Methods and Cost

The Order Process

Once you make your purchase, your order status will be either defined as:

  • Pending Payment– this means that the order was received, but no payment was initiated (unpaid.) This status can also appear for orders processed through PayPal, as they need time to verify the purchase.

OR

  • Failed– this means that payment failed or was declined (unpaid). This can happen if there are insufficient funds in the account or if a card is expired, for example. Please note that this order status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified via PayPal.

After payment is received, your order will be set to Processing. This is the time in which an order is awaiting fulfillment. Typically, this period last for 3-4 business days unless an item is already in stock and available for immediate shipping.

Once the order is fulfilled, we will ship to you via the selected method from checkout. Your order status will be in the Completed status at this time.

If an order is marked as On-Hold, this also means that we are awaiting payment, and we may need to confirm payment with the buyer.

An order marked as Cancelled was either initiated by the buyer or the store admin for select situations.

No refunds are accepted unless in special situations approved by the store admin. If this is the case, your order will be marked as Refunded.

Shipment Tracking

Once we receive your payment and are able to fulfill the order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and your order status will be marked as Completed. Your tracking number will be included in the confirmation email along with the link where you can check the status at any time.
