Conditions

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly allow items to be returned within 15 days from purchase.

  • Returns must be in new condition, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, tins, pouches, or gifts with purchase. 
  • All custom orders are FINAL SALE. This includes items that have a single initial.
  • Returns are not allowed for discounted items.
  • Returns are not allowed for gift cards.
  • Refunds to original payment methods (not store credit) will be assessed a handling fee for the return shipping label.
  • RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGES for the same product are FREE and will not be assessed a handling fee.

*Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. All returns will go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged during shipping to us. (Tangled, scratched, broken chains, etc.) 

If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.

How to Make a Return

STEP 1: To request a return, enter our Return Portal and complete the form.
STEP 2: We’ll review the information and will reply back by email promptly to let you know if you’re eligible for a refund, return or exchange. If eligible, we’ll also send you a return label.
STEP 3: Before you send the return, please ensure the item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box. *Sending in an envelope may damage the item and we will not be able to accept the return. Print out your return label and ship the item back to us.
STEP 4: Allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Each return goes through an inspection process. If the returned item cannot be accepted, we’ll inform you by email. If we are able to make the refund/return/exchange, we’ll also notify you when that has been processed.
STEP 5: Keep in mind that refunds to the original payment method (not store credit) will be assessed a handling fee for the return shipping label. (We’ll subtract the cost for the label out of the refund.) RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGES for the same product are FREE and will not be assessed a handling fee.
