Product Questions

What type of resin do you use?

We use a premium quality resin that’s prepared to the highest safety standards. This non-toxic formula contains no harmful VOCs, no BPAs, and it has both UV and HALS stabilizers to offer the best protection against the yellowing effects of UV light. It’s also made in the USA.

Will my resin jewelry yellow?

The resin that we use has both UV and HALS stabilizers to offer superior protection against the yellowing effects of UV light. That being said, ALL resin eventually yellows over time (no matter what anyone says.) It’s a normal part of the process for resin. To keep your jewelry healthy, you can check out these tips.

What size are the pendants?

How long are the chains?

Each product description will let you know the chain length, but typically our ball chains are longer and are reserved for the larger heart pendants. Because they’re larger, we prefer them to hang lower, but you can always cut the chain to your liking! Ball chains are usually 24inches long.

Our small pendants and hearts typically rock a chain that’s 18 or 20 inches. Visit our Sizing Guide for a visual on chain lengths!

Do you make custom orders?

We do! If you’re placing a larger, custom order for a party, please use our Party Favor form to request a quote.

Will my jewelry look just like the photos?

We strive to ensure that all product images closely resemble the actual product. We try not to add too much editing or use filters on our images so that we can keep them as accurate as possible. That being said, colors do appear different in various lighting, and you’ll see that with our own pendants! They may have a different hue inside as opposed to outside.


It’s also important to note that from time to time, we may have to change the bail that’s attached to the pendant. We try our best to keep the photos current, but we will sometimes showcase older pieces that contain the old bails.

If you feel that the product you received doesn’t match or resemble the product image close enough or are unhappy with anything, please reach out to us and let us know so we can make it right!

Shipping Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Our products are carefully handcrafted with love! If we have the item in stock, we might not need the entire processing time window <3

For custom orders, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Custom orders are typically pieces that include names or special-themed stickers. If we think we’ll need more time for a super custom order, we’ll let you know ahead of time!

For large orders (think party favors or Valentine gifts for the class, for example), please allow up to 5 business days as well.

Once the item is processed, delivery time varies based on the shipping method you select at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided on our website.

Can I expedite my order?

We are currently working on an offer for expedited processing or “skip the line”. Until then, the best bet is to use the expedited shipping option at checkout. Stay tuned!

How do I make a return?

What methods of payment do you accept?

Do you offer refunds?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly allow items to be returned within 15 days from purchase. Refunds to original payment methods (not store credit) will be assessed a handling fee for the return shipping label. Returns for store credit or exchanges for the same product are FREE and will not be assessed a handling fee.
