Top Questions

1. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to ALL countries, but we do charge for shipping. Because we’re based in the United States, we do offer Free Shipping on domestic orders over $50 and Free Shipping on International orders that exceed $100.

2. How much is shipping?

This varies depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected by the customer during checkout. Please see our shipping chart HERE.

3. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Typically, orders are processed within 3-4 business days from the time of purchase; However, if an item is already in stock, then it will be shipped immediately. Bulk orders and custom orders will likely exceed this processing time frame. Please contact us if this is the case or if you have any questions.

4. How do I track my orders?

Once your product is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number included. You can also create an account with us, and you can manage your orders there as well!

5. Can I deliver to another address other than my billing address?

Yes. You can specify a separate shipping address during checkout.

6. How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive a payment/order confirmation email once the payment has been successfully processed. This email will include your order number and details from your purchase.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and PayPal Credit. Please see our Payments method page for more details.

8. Is my product safe? What is it made of?

We take pride in the fact that we use a high quality resin! The resin we use has been certified by the American Society for Testing and Materials as non-toxic when used as directed. Our resin also does not produce any fumes or VOCs and is non-flammable.

9. Does yellowing occur with your resin products?

Most resins are subject to yellowing in UV lighting, especially resins that are quickly cured. Because we use a very high quality resin to make our products, yellowing is less likely to occur than with other resin products. Our resin contains a UV stabilizer in addition to an advanced additive that helps to stop the yellowing process before it starts. You can feel safe wearing our jewelry out in the sun!

10. Is your product food safe?

While we don’t expect that you’ll be using our jewelry or products with food, our products are safe for direct food contact if the event does occur. Nevertheless, we don’t recommend our jewelry for this purpose.

11. What are Studio Points?

We love to reward our customers. Studio Points are bonus points that you can earn via purchases, account registrations, product reviews, and via promotions that we run throughout the year. You’ll want to subscribe to our email/newsletter to receive updates about these deals. 12. As your slogan says, how does my jewelry “have a purpose”?

We love this question! As a company, we believe in giving back. So, whenever you purchase with us, 10% of our sales are donated to a local non-profit here in Austin called the Miracle League. This non-profit allows special needs kiddos and children who are differently-abled an opportunity to play in a recreational baseball league and develop friendships.
